This policy explains how API Toolkit Digital (“we”) handles personal data when you visit api-toolkit.digital, contact us, or work with us on app analytics engagements for mobile onboarding funnels.

For client project data processed on your instruction, we typically act as processor under a separate agreement.
Data we collect
- Contact details you submit (name, email, optional topic, message).
- Technical logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed, if analytics cookies are accepted.
- Engagement records needed to deliver consulting work (stakeholder names, work emails, meeting notes).
Purposes and lawful bases
We process enquiry data to respond to your request (legitimate interests / steps prior to contract). We process client engagement data to perform our contract with you. We process optional analytics cookies only with consent. We may process records to meet legal obligations (for example, accounting).
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept up to 24 months unless a longer relationship begins. Invoices and contract records are kept for up to 7 years as required for UK tax and accounting. Analytics cookie data, if enabled, is retained according to the tool’s configuration, typically 14 months or less.
Sharing
We use service providers for email, hosting, and (if consented) analytics. They process data under instructions and appropriate safeguards. We do not sell personal data. We may disclose information if required by law.
International transfers
Where tools process data outside the United Kingdom, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

Our services are directed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
