Cookie policy
Last updated: 30 July 2026
This policy describes how API Toolkit Digital uses cookies and similar storage on api-toolkit.digital.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device. Local storage may also hold preferences such as your cookie consent choice.
Essential cookies and storage
We use essential storage to remember whether you accepted or rejected optional cookies. The preference is stored under a brand-prefixed key (apitoolkitdigital-cookie-consent) in localStorage. These are required for the consent banner to work and do not require consent under UK PECR guidance for strictly necessary storage.
Optional analytics cookies
If you choose Accept, we may use privacy-respecting analytics cookies to understand aggregate visits (pages viewed, approximate region, referral source). If you choose Reject, we do not set optional analytics cookies. Rejecting does not block access to the site or forms.
How to change your choice
Clear site data for api-toolkit.digital in your browser settings, then reload the page to see the banner again. You can also control cookies through your browser’s settings.
Third parties
Embedded fonts or images loaded from public CDNs may set their own technical cookies according to those providers’ policies. We select providers that fit content delivery needs; we do not use advertising trackers on this site.
